Using the Smithing skill, you can make Rune/Adamant/Mithril etc. items.
Training Smithing
To start off, You will need some ores/bars. You can buy these or Mine them. Start off with making bronze items (Obviously..) Once you can make bronze platebodies(18 Smithing), make these until You can make Iron platebodies(33 Smithing). Then Steel platebodies(48 Smithing), Mithril(68 Smiting), Adamant(88 Smiting) in that order. You may also make the best item you can instead of the best platebodies.
