Cooking lets you cook fish and various other foods (Not sure if you can cook anything besides fish on this server, someone confirm). The higher you cooking level you can cook fish that heal higher. 99 is very fast and can be paired with fishing greatly.

To train cooking, buy some raw fish, or fish them. A good method is to fish an inventory then cook it, it's very easy and fast. But once you have your fish, cook them, bank the cooked ones, and cook some more raw fish.
